"They were very responsive. We had a leak between the water meter and the house. I called them in the evening and the call was answered and a technician scheduled. He was out the next day and identified the problem. Michael was prompt and clearly explained the problem and the repair options and gave me a quote. He quickly located the leak and did the repair. "I called Rooter Man and was answered by a lovely person, very professional and she told me someone could come to see me within a few hours, 1 to 2 in the afternoon. The gentleman who showed up with his assistant, was polite and told me that service was going to cost between $600 and $1100. I said ok and left for an appointment. They’re in my home for about an hour and could not fix the problem but charged $589. I would be glad to pay half of it, but instead I pay the whole amount and nothing is fixed, in fact now I have more water in it than before. I think the workers were professional and nice, but the company needs to look at its charging policies when not fixing the problems."

"Michael led the 3 man team prep and fixed my nightmare sewer pipe issues. Michael is very experienced and dealt with surprises of my broken pipe with different proposal to fix the broken pipe and cost less. I lived on a sandy hill, they have to dig under the concrete post footing and replace the pipe. He is very patient, use the camera multiple times to show me where the problem is and the fully drained and fixed pipe. It is over 80 feet long from the house to the sewer main. Great job, if you need to fix a sewer issue, call them, attached before and after pictures at bottom of hill. David"
