"It's the worst Great Clips I've ever been to! There's a lady with short hair who was extremely arrogant towards me during my haircut. She didn't allow me to explain how I wanted my hair cut. When I tried to tell her the style I preferred, she yelled at me with, "There's no talking while I'm cutting hair, you shouldnt teach me how to cut your hair." Are we going to be yelled at for getting a haircut after paying? Don't customers have the right to request their desired haircut? Even while waiting in the queue, I observed her cutting the hair of a few individuals, and she seemed very accommodating, especially to those who were white. However, when it was my turn, her behavior was exceptionally arrogant. I fail to understand why she engages in racist behavior while cutting hair. Such actions should never be condoned. If there was an option to leave a negative review, I would gladly rate her as a -5. It's disheartening to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially after paying for a haircut."
