"The location is hard to get to is my only thought, but once your GPS navigation finally gets you there, the place is upscale, and you network with business professionals. We had cocktails app, appetizers, and dinner. The staff was great, and our waiter was accommodating."

"I spent three nights at this hotel with my mom, and it was honestly a letdown. The room was in desperate need of a good cleaning – funky smells, dust all around, and the bathrooms were far from spotless. We had to go on a mission outside to grab Lysol wipes just to make the bathroom somewhat decent. The carpet and curtains seemed like they hadn't seen a wash in ages. I wasn't asking for a luxury stay, but a clean room should be the bare minimum, you know?"

"Hilton Arden West is a nice place to stay. They are dog-friendly, the elevators are fast, the water is hot and the food is good! They're a few blocks from a Mall with good eatin' and shopping, too. Close to the Expo and not too bad to downtown or Capitol locations. The service is pretty stellar, but the bar is a bit strict about outside food and beverages with a tourist population that could be staying for a conference, etc. All in all, I would stay there in a heartbeat. Lots of parking too!"

"Location is ideal for quick travel to local business such as a mall, total wine and quick food. The breakfast and dinner were good. Definitely worth if you don’t feel like door dashing or traveling. Service was outstanding. We had an issue with our room, zero hesitation to find us a better room. Overall no major issues."

"I was in town for a week of training and stayed here. I had a great stay! When I checked in there were some issues with the building's HVAC which they fixed promptly but issued me some breakfast/dinner vouchers for the trouble. My room was plenty warm enough anyway. The breakfast and dinner items I had were delicious, cooked fast, and the service was excellent. Everyone that works here is lovely. My room was clean and nice. I got good use of the fridge, microwave, and double cup coffee maker. I used the hot tub once while there and it was clean and hot as well. There were 2 large chamber of commerce Christmas parties in the ballroom that occurred there while I stayed, but I didn't hear a peep. In fact, I didn't hear anything from any other rooms the entire time I stayed, so they must be well insulated rooms. I noticed a few days after my stay a "gift shop" charge on my incidentals credit card. I called from 4 hours away and let them know I didn't buy anything, and they immediately issued me a refund. My guess is that another guest bought something and gave them the wrong room number to charge it to. Either way, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and I really appreciate the help. I would absolutely stay here again."
