"The reviews here are very helpful and I agree with the ones that have witnessed bad customer service. I went on the weekend and I was waiting in line, I wanted to have my app ready but for some reason the reception here is not great so it took me longer than expected. The rep called me and I said I needed a few more minutes. When I was ready she saw me and walked away, I found out later her name is Sann. I had to wait for the other female rep and this one was careless, wrinkling and putting my clothes in a bag, so rude too. Terrible customer service! They need more training. Not going back here unless I have to make a return for my purchase of that day."
"Shopped here before, great prices and deals. But today they were closed for 3 whole hours (almost an hour to real closing now. And online it says opened) there's no staff on any of the floors. I messaged the online help service to see why and what's going on but the staff told the online service that the doors weren't locked (and checked, which was a lie). But I tried both doors multiple times. Who ever was working today should be talked to about lying and shouldn't be in charge of the doors lol (but still deserves to keep their job due to job hunting being really hard now a days)"
