"I give this rating mainly because I didn’t know anything about return and shipping, the person that had helped me explain to me and had lots of knowledge of my return item and if I had to bring a box or specific paper that I needed to print or bring. As well as the knowledge of shipping items aswell and what I will need to get and what is ideal to get so nothing gets damaged."

"The employee’s always greet me as I come in and always tell me to have a good day. They are efficient, courteous and extremely helpful. One day I brought in a very heavy box and was having trouble getting it out of my car, one of the employees came out and helped me get it out of my car and then carried it in to the store for me and she did it with a smile on her face."
"It gets busy in the afternoon (3 people in line waiting 5-10 mins) but has more hours open than shipping at the post office. Easy to send a tracked package. Staff help each other out. Besides asking about the wait time, the customer satisfaction survey asks if staff greeted and thanked all customers or tried advertising other services, which is a robotic and superficial service expectation. I personally expect attention to detail and courtesy. I have witnessed one staff member volunteer time to help me use the new kiosk on her way to a break, going above and beyond. Another staff member shared the register to support efficiency with customers. I prefer service with no fuss. Staff follow procedures with care which meets expectations."
