"Terrible service. Like truly terrible. I book an appointment for a basic check up and cleaning. I go there and they make me wait over an hour before informing me that their staff member took the day off, so I was rescheduled. I go in again, and after 2 hours worth of waiting - they took my X-rays, but say they don’t have the hygienist for the cleaning. I schedule a cleaning and go in wait another 2 hours, got sick of it and canceled it altogether. Would not recommend going here if you value your time. 3 visits, 6 hours of wasted time, 6 Uber rides back and forth and still no cleaning, pretty crazy. Also, they slickly add documents getting new patients to waive their right to go to a jury for malpractice claims. Read before you sign anything here."

"Do not go to this place. First off their customer service on the phone is atrocious. All automated until they hang up on you without taking your call. I am inquiring about a past appointment, trying to get documentation and they say the office manager will call you back. That’s a lie. When they say they will send you a copy of the receipt you requested, multiple times over a two month period they never follow through. Don’t even get me started on the waiting times. Well over two hours waiting in the lobby and they don’t call you back. Very poor care, customer service. Shut this place down!"

"Just started going here after I got my dental insurance less then a month ago. This was my second visit. The staff is friendly an understanding. They do the best they can to get every thing done in a timely manner even when it gets very busy. My appointment today was for half of my deep cleaning, the lady that did my deep cleaning was a very sweet an awesome person. She walked me through what was going to go on during my cleaning an also checked in with me periodically during the process. Honestly thus far I have no complaints at all an I'm happy to be a patient of theirs."

"Came here for a general check-up. After waiting for more than 1.5 hours (and asking about the long wait several times), they did X-rays. The x-ray technician was very rude and told me that there is only one dentist and I would have to wait 30-40 min more. After waiting a total of about 2.5 hours I left without ever seeing a dentist or getting any service done. This clinic definitely needs to be organised better. Only good thing was that the receptionists were very friendly and understanding."

"I love Western Dental on Mission, especially I love how nice Ruth is and how professional Jocelyn is. The sales lady with the blond hair helped me work out a plan to do all my ten teeth. And the people who work at the front desk are also super nice! I also have two amazing dentists. Only problem is this place is so popular you may have to wait a little bit."
