Established in 1997, our mission is to assist adults with developmental disabilities in living independently in their own homes and actively participating in their communities. Co-founders Gina Jennings and Bob Bergum, experts in the field of developmental disabilities, responded to a request from the Regional Center of the East Bay to provide Supported Living Services (SLS) and Independent Living Services (ILS) in Central Contra Costa County. At Full Circle of Choices, we offer innovative and person-centered ILS and SLS services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Contra Costa County.
