"When we need a meat pie fix, we go here. It’s easy to spend way more then you intend when getting apps, drinks, and desserts, but if you just grab some meat pies and water you won’t be disappointed. The drinks are good, the dessert is good, the meat pies and fantastic. Crunchy crust, rich flavorful filling, reasonably priced."

"At first the ambiance seemed nice but the live music was really loud even when we were sitting on the other side of the room, couldn't see the band from our spot, ended up asking to move outside. Hard to have a conversation. Our server was even having a hard time hearing us. They also must have been busy because service seemed slow. Both in getting checked on by our server and in getting our stuff. Our app came out at the same time as our food. During all of our interactions our server was kind, helpful and friendly. My favorite thing tonight was probably the pork sliders appetizer. They were delicious and a new experience. They are messy/syrupy so handle with care but definitely recommend. I ordered the surf and turf, I ordered my steak well and it was fully red inside, once the server came back to check on us, I did ask to have it cooked more. The sides were fine. Garlic mashed potatoes, veggies and tempura shrimp. FYI the shrimp was huge so that was a nice surprise. I ordered a watermelon vodka drink and it was alright. Definitely felt it but the flavor wasn't very watermelony or enjoyable. My husband ordered a burger (he ordered it medium well and it was still pretty pink) but he enjoyed it and finished the whole thing. He added fries as his side. The fries were good. He got the whiskey flight and said it was alright. For two people, one app (pork sliders) , one drink for me, one flight of whiskey for him, his burger, my surf and turf, it was over $100 for our bill (before tip) and it didn't feel like a great experience so nothing really bringing us back. I am disappointed because I've been looking forward to trying this place for a while."
