"they delivered the wrong pizzas when I tried calling the store it never rang. I waited then called again they finally picked up only to put me on hold and the call got dropped. Needless to say their service sucks."
"Not organized, a lot of costumers left due to long, long wait times. Food items were not organized when picking up. I went and asked three times if my order was ready and I was told that it would take 10min. Do not come if you want to wait for 1+ hours. I did order my food online before coming to pick up but was not ready even though I ordered 20-30min before picking up."
"11/20/2021 Pasta delivered and both should be the same , one has all ingredients the other has cheese and sauce only , I called and was told they messed up and they wanted me to wait an hour and a half for redelivery or pick up myself after paying delivery fee. Manager was refusing a full refund customer service on the phone was ridiculous definitely lack proper phone etiquette towards customers. As if it was our mistake. District office should offer retraining to staff."
