"I wish I can put zero stars. Michael Kors livermore outlet hired an extremely unfriendly sales clerk. I was there one time and a clerk stared at me because she thought that I touched her but I didn't even touch her and then I argued with her and she push me out to the store. I called the store manager to complain about this incident but never got a response from them. I will never go to the store again and will never buy anything from Michael Kors in my life. Michael Kors is not cheap but their service is worse than a roadside stand."
"We bought many bags on Black Friday, but the employees and managers cannot gave us more paper bags even if we bought a lots, and they all have a very bad attitude to us. It’s the most terrible shopping experience ever."
"Terrible service! Verity of things to buy compared to other outlet stores since it is located in SF, but the cashiers there are very rude and very terrible service. I went there to buy things but I feel like I went there to ask their money. I went there at 7:30 pm , after 5 mins someone came to me and told me that their shop will close soon, another less than 5 mins someone came to me and told me same things. Every less than 5 mins , they came and talked me instead of smiling face. Their face are terrible and I feel they chased me out. Finally I have to come out before 7:50 pm. I know the shop close at 8 pm but they are so rude ! I holding phone and I know the time exactly what time they closed. Many things to buy there but their service is the worse all over the stores in Northern California."
"I want to give 0 stars to this store. The store did not return a bag/purse when the leather used had a tear within 2 months of using the bag. Worst experience. Such cheap product. Did not even offer to replace. We were regular customers of this store. Had around 20 bags of MK from this store and this was the first time we wanted to return something."
