The company cancelled at the last minute and would not deign to inform me that the parts didn't arrived - parts they expected a week prior no less. Nina was able to get me a same day consultation with Scott. He did a great job breaking down the scope of work, comparing their service to other bids, and drawing up schematics on graph paper that were easy for me to understand. I learned a lot and decided to move forward. The crew arrived exactly one week after the consultation on our agreed upon start date. They were clean, prompt, trustworthy with a key to the house, and communicative whenever they had to break for lunch.
