Dr. Lloyd H. Takao is a health institution located at 15 Altarinda Road in Orinda, California, United States. Unfortunately, they are no longer accepting Managed Medi-cal nor Contra Costa County Health Plan patients. Following the passing of Dr. Takao's wife, the office will be staffed by Dr. Rina Shah and office staff Allison, Katie, Laila, and Grace. The institution encourages the COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 6 months and older, but will not be administering it on-site.
