"This is a great go-to spot. While the price seemed a tad on the high side (just glancing at the menu alone), the portions were pretty big so it was very filling. I got the Herbal Hot Pot, mild, and it was pretty good. Although I got mild, it was spicy on one or two bites and then totally unspiced in the rest. It made me think the broth wasn't mixed all the way before they added the stuff. Overall it was delicious -- perfect for a crisp January night. My only issue is that I'm not a fan of a chopped up chicken wing because it introduces shards of bone. It's more authentic to chop it tho."
"Hits the spot every time. My wife and I frequent this restaurant and bring friends and family often as well. They never disappoint us. I have yet to completely finish a regular (generous) portion, but I also order the Ramen noodle extra. We prefer the Beef and Tomato soup but have tried others and they are also good. Each bowl/pot comes with a plentiful assortment of veggies, seafood and meat. They even have boba tea and it's great!"
"First time in this restaurant, I loved it, all the staff members are very friendly and professional . Awesome environment with great atmosphere. The food is amazing, and the flavors are exquisitely good. Very good portions , we were lucky because we found a good table. At the time we left, there was a bunch of people wanting outside . Highly recommended."
"Hot pot was good but they were out of shrimp. If you don't like pork broth it's almost tasteless."
"1) They sent me a promotion text for popcorn chicken and a new drink at $8 when ordering a pot. Promotion ends on May 15. Today is May 10 and they said it ends already. 2). They put the soup, meat and noodles in one small to go bowl. All soup was absorbed and leaked. They also do not offer any sauce that you get when you dine in. Very disappointed that they honor the promotion. I went there because they sent me the text. Then the to-go order is really not up to the standard."
