"I went in to do an exchange on 02/19/23. I purchased shoes a day before but lost my receipt. The cashier #306939 was very rude. So much for NO BOX? NO RECEIPT? NO PROBLEM!! She never asked for the FAMOUSLY YOU REWARDS she just threw the shoes I returned threw the shoes I purchased. So much for happy to help and " Famously Easy Return and Exchange Policy"."
"A great variety of shoes ranging from slides to running shows. They also always have a deal going on which makes your purchases cheaper every time you visit. There's also this wonderful lady that makes every visit enjoyable. Customer service here is really great. If they don't have a shoe in stock, they give you the option to order your shoes to pick up in store for free. Overall, great shoe store."
