"Dr. Fazilat is amazing! I decided to make the switch to her after not being completely satisfied with my toddler’s current eye doctor. Dr. Fazilat is extremely thorough in her examinations and she made the entire experience a positive one for my daughter. They also give the kids a cool prize at the end of their visit and this totally made my daughter’s day. She keeps asking when she gets to go back to the eye doctor so she can get another prize. As a mom who wants the best care and treatment for my daughter, I not only drive over an hour and a half to see Dr. Fazilat, but I also go out of network with my insurance and am a cash patient. This just goes to show how much I value her expertise in treating pediatric eye conditions, I highly recommend Dr. Fazilat and her entire team at Children’s Eye Center of Orange County!"

"Initially, I had called to get an appointment for my son's eye issue. They were booking out a few months but when I explained our situation, Dr. Fazilat did what she could to get us in right away. The communication of the front office staff was stellar. They were in constant contact with us until our appointment and afterward. Which I appreciate more than they could know. Her assistant was also very thorough. I would recommend this office."

"We’ve been patients of Children’s Eye Center for about 7 years when my then 4 year old was diagnosed with a high hyperopia. Dr. Fazilat was our 3rd opinion and very patient with all our questions and concerns in navigating our daughters needs. She continues to see my oldest daughter 1-2 times a year and she also performed surgery on her after careful consideration and addressing the needs of her eyes drifting. The front office has had patience with both of my kiddos and Dr Fazilat is great in explaining everything to us and the kids as they have gotten older. "We had a great first impression for this facility. The google rating is high (which I just realized all reviews are > 4 years), so hard to make an appointment (seems to have many patients), clean and welcoming environment. However, we were so disappointed the way they handled our daughter's situation. We were told directly by the doctor that her eyes were great but after a year, we received an invoice with a series of diagnosis that they suspected her to have, just to get more money from insurance perhaps? I contacted the facility and billing department and expect them to give me a call back for an explanation, but no response. There are many eye doctors in the area; we recommend trying something else first before you give this one a chance."
