"I asked for VERY long curtain bangs and the lady gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for! She cut the longest part of my bangs off and tries explaining to me that "you just have to style it". I cannot style my bangs to look like curtain bangs when she gave me just regular bangs!"
"I did not have a great experience I didn’t get what I ask for my hair is now damage , while I was doing my hair the women that was working on it was asking the manger questions every other min you would think the manger would take over but she would just come and knodd her head and tell her to do this and that I felt comfortable because it was the manger helping out but as soon as I got home I noticed something was wrong a week later my hair was breaking and so dry . I called and didn’t get a refund they gave me 40 something dollars not even half of what I paid . I do not recommend this place ."
"If I could, I would not put a star at all! They did a horrible job to my daughter's hair. A photo was shown so the stylist could see what kind of haircut was wanted. Said she could do it and in the end my daughter got a hatchet job done! I would not recommend this place to no one. If you can't do something then just admit to it. We had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Stay away from this place unless you want the same hatchet results."
