I have a pending legal complaint against Anadela due to physical and emotional damage as an onset from the butchery Anadela performed on my hair. As any woman who feels compelled to improve her appearance through cosmetic enhancement, having my hair done was once a pleasurable experience. It was ME time. A moment to disconnect from the responsibilities of parenting and career. My experience with Anadela has completely destroyed my hair to an irreparable place. I WILL need to cut my hair completely due to the amount of overprocessing that was brought on by lack of knowledge from Anadela. Not only did she insult me by saying that I’m unhappy with my hair because I am overweight and therefore I have undealt with insecurities, but she offered to take me to Tijuana to have a Dr. validate her claims that my hair is not damaged. She offered to treat my hair with deep conditioners. My hair is completely dead, to the last follicle. I need to shave my head completely. My scalp suffered chemical burns. It’s baffling how she is so dismissive of the damage she has caused. DO NOT SEEK HER SERVICES."
