"We rented the entire property for our wedding weekend and Marke was very accommodating. The property was beautiful especially with the pink trees along the driveway. We had a great time having our wedding here. They also lit the fire pits for us one night which was great. The cabins however were not clean and ready when we arrived. For example, we had to sweep our floor first and our family had to clean one of the toilets themselves. I would also strongly not recommend staying at the large house if you have children because it was not child friendly. This place has a lot of potential and is beautiful but if only is cleaned and maintained up to standard. Marke, the owner, is great and works hard to keep the place nice but the housekeeper during our stay was lacking."

"When I first booked the cabin through their website, I accidentally selected the wrong one and contacted them about switching to the cabin I was interested in. Marke was quick to respond and got the change done without issue. I am always a bit nervous about booking smaller venues since it is hard to know what you are getting and pictures can be taken in a way to make everything better than it actually is. That is not the case here. What you see is what you get. The cabins are great, clean and comfortable. There are only 5 on the property, so you will be fairly isolated even if they are completely booked. Marco greeted us with a bottle of wine and prepared a fire pit every night if we wanted one. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Anything from wine to fire to coffee as well as guidance to restaurants and activities. The property is beautiful with views of the pond and forest with access to the ocean via a quick 2 minute drive to Patricks Point State Park. We were visited by deer on multiple occasions. This property is within range of multiple redwood groves (visit Avenue of the Giants) as well as Fern Canyon, which is absolutely stunning. I almost do not want to post this review to keep this gem hidden. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone and it will be where I stay if I have a chance to get back to the area. The quality, value, and beauty is unparalleled and Marco went out of his way to make sure we had a great trip!"

"The cottages are cute and appear to be newish, but cleaning is substandard as is the caretaker. Before bringing our things in I cleaned the cottage. The floor had not been swept and was filled with debris. The stove was a mess. Items were missing - a dish towel, dishwasher detergent. The caretaker eventually brought detergent but not a towel. We were told he would build a fire. He did one night; the second night be made a smoky mess and left without comment. I’m not a fan of this property."

"My husband and I, and our 3 kids(12, 11, 2) stayed here in late April. Upon arrival, we were given fresh coffee grounds and offered a wine of our choice. The cabin was beautiful and big enough for 3 twin air mattresses with plenty of room to still move around. The amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable..Marco was very kind and welcoming. Marco brought us fire wood whenever we needed it, even offered to start the fire for us. We will most certainly be coming back very soon..."

"Friendly staff. Cabin not ready ypon check in time/date. Very comfortable bed but older bedding. Fully equipped kitchen and bath but shower floor not clean (felt slimy) great ambiance, indoor and out. Would have liked to know the waterfall/running water feature in front of our cabin had bee. Out of order for 2 years (as told by staff to husband and I) with no update on Airbnb stating that. All in all, I would stay here again, hoping the items would be updated by my next stay."
