"I stopped by this Starbucks because I was picking up food next door at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. I came here so they weren't open yet so I decided to go to Starbucks to get water and a bagel. They looked busy when I came but most of the people were just waiting for their order. I was able to get in line and put in my order. My water came out first since it's a simple order but the bagel took like 15ish minutes. They had like 5 people working but it was just slow if you ordered food. There was someone working the mobile pickup area announcing people drinks or food when it was ready. I sat at their outdoor patio area to eat my bagel while waiting for the place next door to open. Parking is alright here, you should be able to find a spot unless they are really busy."
"The Starbucks at 131 Katella is one of the best locations I have had the privilege of visiting. There is great parking and plenty of seats both inside and out of the cafe. Having said that, the main reason I give this location such high marks is how well I was treated by the staff. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant at a Starbucks up the road, and after paying they informed me that they had run out. It was fine, I just requested and refund and went to the next available location. At the counter I placed my order, and when I expressed relief that they had what I was looking for, the barista decided not to charge me! It was totally unexpected and very kind. I will be sure to visit this location in the future."
