"I ordered a frozen coke large, deluxe breakfast, and sausage McGriddle. The woman who repeated my order in pay window said it right. Then when I received my order in the other window she asked “what was your order” and I told her and then once I got it, it was completely wrong. My deluxe breakfast wasn’t even a deluxe just two pancakes… I asked them to do something about that and they just gave me buns, egg, and one piece of bacon. Literally they forgot the meat… not once but twice they messed up. They definitely need better employees if they going to mess up multiple times.."
"I ordered two mocha frapps and after confirming twice the kid at the register gave me two caramel frapps. Poor kid it was his first day or something he was having a lot of trouble and no other coworkers were helping him. He was polite and trying so I dont blame him at all. Then the apple pies I got were like old and stale and barely warmed I p which kinda sucked too"

"This location is on my morning rout and I've said this to myself many times, but seriously Never again. The fries are never seasoned, the hot coffee is luke warm at best, and there is usually something missing. Today I ordered an iced mocha (to get ahead of the cold coffee situation) and i received a cup that seemed to be filled half way with mocha concentrate and half pure whipped cream. Disgusting and a waste of money. And they forgot the sausage McMuffin I ordered even after having recited my order back to me for confirmation"
"You can get FOOD POISONING from RAW hamburgers. Spent $50 and did not get a refund. Took one bite and returned RAW HAMBURGERS!!! The manager is rude and belligerent and he lies. He lied to the police. When I called the police and the police officer asked him to give me a refund, he told them I had to call back on Monday. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! EBT? Just a debit card for food. AND According to customer service, they could not withhold a refund for RARE FOOD!!! A REFUND IS A REFUND. IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL RARE HAMBURGERS!"
