"Front desk lady was so unprofessional, not well trained. She dose not recognize medical card. She dose not know date of birth can see on medical card but she ask me what is date of birth while medical card was on her hand."
"I came in here during a holiday break so my experience is most likely biased. There is an exceptionally long wait but that is expected when it is crowded. The waiting area is ok, and they at least put on a movie. There were numerous kids coughing but what can you do. They don't have guest wifi and the new patient forms are quite long, so they can improve technologically if they add a guest wifi and also a way for parents to fill out forms online before visiting. Once my kids were seen it was fairly fast. They do take Medical which is great, but you will need to bring in cards of proof. All in all positive experience giving the business of it. They can only get better!! We will be back :)"
"Every time I bring my kids its a good experience. The staff is always kind and gentle when dealing with the kids. Specifically Michelle, Carmen, and Esperanza. They always make sure my kids feel comfortable and not scared when sitting in the chair ready for work to be done on their teeth."
"All of the staff here in this clinic are very gentle with kids. They have this passionate way of going to a kids level so they get their cooperation and work with them with ease. They have a good set of team players here! If you guys schedule with them, then you are in good hands."
"Not one time have we waited less than an hour and a half! They wont let me sign a note to allow my mother to bring my child so I can be at work making money to pay the dental bill! My child has also complained that the RDs are impatient with her also. We already started dental work with them so we are hoping this is the last time we ever have to see this place!"
