"New to the Bay Area and loved this dentist office! All the ladies were super nice and down to Earth. The Office Manager, Sylvia, made sure I received all the services I needed on the day of and set me up on a payment plan so that I wouldn’t have to return for additional treatment. I felt really comfortable with all the staff during treatment with the numbing/deep cleaning. No pain at all, they really listen to your needs and concerns. Anywho… this will be my new dentist in NorCal lol. Thanks Pinole Modern Dentistry!"

"This was my first visit, so my review might change after a few more visits. My biggest complaint is that despite having an appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes before being called in to start. Other than that, they seemed competant and respectful. Another negative is that after having a tooth extracted, they provided a prescription for only 12 codiene pills to deal with several days of pain. I had to really ration them and not take a pill when I would have liked to."

"I wish the office had given me the option of more intense anesthesia. The procedure was painful, had to be redirected as the notes and the surgeon were not coordinated. The surgeon was nice but the office staff leaves lots of Information out. I was initially left in the exam room for almost an hour and a half. Never had my teeth cleaned or examined. ONLY xrayed. The preparation visit was very haphazard."

"Experienced an unfortunate visit, granting this place a one-star rating. Endured a 1.5-hour wait, only to be denied a standard cleaning unless I paid for a deep clean. Despite rescheduling to accommodate their holiday schedule, the service fell short. I have a regular dentist elsewhere, and upon comparing exams, found no new issues. This office could benefit from a more healthcare-oriented approach rather than aggressive marketing tactics. Ok"

"Overall, excellent experience.. A+ service. I’m a new patient.Definitely a 5 star rating! Both dentist assigned to me and the hygienist are simply very pleasant to work with. They showed they care about the health of my teeth, and hence, my health! They patiently took their time to explain thoroughly what their findings are and what procedures they recommend. No rushing of the job. A far cry from my previous dentist! So far, very happy Just one small thing…. Perhaps the staff at the reception area could use a little more smile!"
