"I have lived in Lakeview apartments for a about a year and it has been an incredible experience. The management is excellent and I've really enjoyed my time living here. They are low income apartments and it makes life so much easier with affordable rent at Lakeview apartments."
"I have loved the 9 years I lived here. Moving to my new home feels bittersweet. The memories I've had here can't be measured. But these apartments allowed me the ability to get back on my feet and take care of my children. When I first moved in I was a single mom of two making minimum wage. I was on government assistance. (food stamps, cash aid and HUD housing) it was very hard and scary. But with the patience and kindness of the staff they helped encourage me to push forward. And now I'm working at a great well paying job I'm off of all government assistance and moving into a home. A big thank you to Rudy, Jennifer and especially David (head maintenance) for always looking out for me and my kids. We can't thank you enough."
"I would like to share my experience first of all it is a beautiful place to live, the administrator and the staff of the office are very friendly and and respectful as representative I want to name Mr, Rudy amazing person he answers our questions right away and informed us every step of progress and the day that they welcomed us unforgettable. "I lived here for about 14 years. This apartment complex was the best. The rent is the lowest you will find anywhere. I have tried looking elsewhere and everywhere you look the rent is 1300 and up for 2 bedroom apartment. The staff are very friendly and understanding . They will help you if you give them the chance to. Just because you ask them to do sonething doesnt mean it will be done right away. They have a lot of things on there plate just be patient and remind them if needed. This apartment complex is broken into two. Lakeview 1 and lakeview 2. Depending on which one you apply for the rent and waiting list will differ. Right now i believe 2 bedroom is 1000 and 2 year wait and three bedroom is 1100 and 2 year wait in lakeview 1. In lake view 2 a 2 bedroom is i believe 30% of your income and 2 yr wait and 3 bedroom is also 30% of income with a 4 yr wait. All in all i give this place a 5 star review. They have a playground, they keep the grounds clean, on call emergency maintenance, a gate around the complex. They only thing that i could see them improving on id if they got a pool."
