"We had a good experience of parasailing here. We had booked for 3 adults online in advance. Ours was a 9 am slot and as mentioned in the email, we reached at 8.30 am. The place was closed and they took some time to eventually get ready. But thankfully, we had kept the morning free and flexible. There was another couple with us in the same boat so we went up turnwise. That gave us more time in the boat. The photographer explained us the charges of still pictures and GoPro recording that's tied to you from start to end. We opted for it, and they were okay. I thought he would use a zoom camera. The ones I really liked were taken by our cellphone in the boat. Video came out good. It was our first time so could have been better. I just wish that they could have kept us in air for more than 10 mins. The time is too less for a $100 experience."

"Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful -- truly easy to deal with. One of our jet skis was a little beat up and didn't go into sport mode and they gave us a better one no questions asked. Location was perfect -- you go out the channel, turn right, and you're in beautiful water all the way up to Round Mound."

"Rented a boat & jet ski The boat ride was amazing and fun. They treated all of us with amazing customer service. They went above and beyond. I was late at arrival and they completely understood and still had my boat ready and everything I needed ready to go. Again amazing customer service. The people there seem happy to help and serve. They have military discount aswell and I recommend service members book with them as I trust the service I received from this business. Athena jet ski was also an amazing experience the only negative part was immediately when I hit the gas the engine light came on and oil light. Had to return back but in the matter of minutes I received one and was out again in the water. Thank you!!"
