"My stay at Cielo Hotel was amazing! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Dinora at the front desk provided us with A+ customer service and made our stay extra special. Thanks Dinora! We appreciate all your help!"

"Paid for 3 people, gave us 1 cookie! No pool, no fire pits (showed on website). Door lock broken, patched hole in wall, bugs in bathroom, headboard loose and noisy, horrible cold breakfast, should be listed as continental. Soda machine broken entire time we were there, no maid service until 3rd day and only if you request it, shower head is adjustable but too high up to adjust. Shampoo, etc right under shower so dissolves in your hand. Tiny bathroom, no light without loud fan so wakes others at night. If someone opens the closet, you are locked in the bathroom. The exit doors have no windows so when someone was going out and opened it they knocked over a child who was coming in. And when I tried to give feedback to Choice Hotels they wouldn’t accept it. Never again!"

"The pictures of the facility jave nothing to do with reality. The odor eas unbelievable especially in one of the two rooms we stayed. There is zero noise isolation. Terrible experience for $250 per night. The breakfast was the worst by far i have experienced in my life."

"The room was fine for our one night stay with our dogs. the couch was a little beat up. The AC worked perfectly, very important when it’s over 100 degrees outside! The walls are very thin so if you’re a light sleeper (like myself), I would recommend bringing ear plugs or looking elsewhere. Check in was easy and location was good, close walking to a couple restaurants (Holy Smoke BBQ, the Bakkery)."
