"This is the first McDonald's where I had eggshells in my breakfast sandwich egg. Not to mention the bad service on top of that. They charge customers for cups just to get water/ice, but won't give customers water/ice in their own cups. Go somewhere else if you can."
"It took much longer than expected - and the car in front of me only ordered a few things. Oh well, when you need an iced tea on a long drive this is still the place to go for one. And...you may just get a surprise from the car in front of you while you wait :)"
"Wow. Super clean lobby with plenty of seating like chairs and fancy leather sofa. Rather large kids climbing gym. Service was very friendly. We ordered a blue raspberry freeze but we it came out fairly unfrozen, the manager offered us a different flavor. Kudos. The only big suggestion is to periodically check the restrooms. On our visit, it was a mess. I also noticed a missing soda fountain. After viewing the posted signs there are no refills on drinks"
"NO REFILLS? There are no free refills on drinks. The kids' room looks like it hadn't been tidied since they opened, I have overheard several customers before me complain of a messed up order and I ordered 3 happy meals and they all came with different size drinks. You know the kids had a fir about that alone. Save your money and go to Carl's Jr. Or Jack in the Box"
