"I messaged this Dr. Office in the app they use to stay connected to their patients 2 weeks ago. No one ever got back to me. Called the office last Friday 2-9-24, waited on hold for 40 min to get my prescription called in. The girl that answered said they would submit an emergency supply to my pharmacy. She never followed through on her word. I still haven't received my prescription. I called in today and the hold time is 90 minutes! Are there any staff working here? I'm definitely changing Dr. Office."
