If our office is not open or no appointments are available, you can also seek treatment for your child at our Urgent Care Clinic in San Rafael. You can easily schedule a same-day or next-day appointment at our Pediatric After-Hours Care Clinic online or by calling our office at 1-415-925-8070.
Online scheduling is also available for our Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric Care clinics through the MyChart app. You can easily view available dates and times, choose a slot, and instantly confirm your appointment without waiting for a callback. "I have left a voice message for an advice nurse to call back at 8:15AM, no one called me and I called again at 5:30PM, the person who answered the call said there was no voice message, like what???? I have been following all the instructions and it was not my first time of leaving a voice mail. I am very dissapointed of the service they provided."

"I hate to say it but it was the most awful experience. I had a minor ear infection from a new piercing and i assumed she would suggest some antibiotics and send me on my way, but alas she had no intention of actually being helpful she immediately removed my earring without assessing the situation, this is the worst thing to possibly do with an infected ear and takes a fraction of a second to know that that is highly dangerous. Next she realized she made a mistake and began to attempt to put the earring back in irritating it even more. She then gave up and said to get it re-pierced, and said I should wash it, without giving any helpful information at all, all she did was worsen the situation!"
"Not happy with the billing . They did a lot of mistake and I had to spent several hours on the phone with my insurance to fix it. It was very hard to find somebody answer the phone on their billing department."
