"I would give it zero stars but Google won’t allow me. My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months and we have been having serious noise issues with our downstairs neighbor. We have contacted the leasing office about this issue and they have yet to do anything about it. Us as renters have rights to a quiet environment and this has not been the case. When we try to contact the manager Laura we are left with no reply and simply told there is nothing they can do about it. Not only do they continuously lie to your face but they talk down to you and don’t respond when you try to bring the law into it. Do not rent here, the leasing office doesn’t care about you or your rights."
"We love Arroyo Villa apartments! Gidget in the office is amazing. She is so helpful and always goes the extra distance to make things great!! She makes sure to communicate to maintenance to get everything fixed really quick. The maintenance workers are great too as well as all the office workers."
"There's really large 750 square feet one bedroom apartments here. So, there's lots of storage space, a walk-in closet, in home washer and dryer. It's very nice and quiet living here. The management is extremely helpful and kind. They work so hard for the renters to assist them in every way. Also, I really love that each apartment has a fully covered guarge in which one can park their car."
