"I VISITED THIS LIBRARY ON SATURDAY , TO RENEW MY CARD AND USE A COMPUTER. BUT I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED , THE GUY ON THE FRONT DESK HAS NO SENSE OF SERVICE TO CLIENTS.. I TOKD HIM I NEVER USED A COMPUTER THERE AND JOW TO PROCEED AND ALL HE SAID TO POINT TO THE COMPUTERS AND NO HELP AT ALL.. I WENT TP WHEREHE POINTED AND ISAT AT THE WRONG ONE... I HAD TO ASK RANDOM.PEOPLE. NO ONE THERE TO HELP . THATS NOT RIGHT. I COULDNT DO WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND HADHARD TIME . SO MAD OF SUH BAD SERVICE THERE ... FRONT PEOPLE LIKE IN A BAD MOOD. ."
"The Norwalk Library is really beautiful and amazing on the inside although it looked different than what it used to look like before. I can get some inspiration for creating my own Once A Butterfly children's books in my dreams."
"It's an okay library but it's rather small, the architecture and design are uninspired to say the least, if you go close to when it opens though it's pretty darn quiet so you can get work done. It's in a really safe location given that it's right by the courthouse and the police station though so if that matters to you this is probably the best. I don't hate this library but if I would give five stars to the Oxford library in England and four stars to my own library at UC Santa Barbara I can't possibly give this more than three."

"Great library and the space is ideal for studying, the staff is always super helpful and resourceful. Only negative, in my opinion a big negative, people are not asked to be quiet by the staff, cellphones go off all the time. People are too loud here for someone who needs to study in a quiet place. The place is great and the staff is great just the people who come here I feel are disrespectful and inconsiderate to those in the library around them."
