"Got my vehicle stolen Lakewood recovered it they won’t give my property back won’t give me a break on the price won’t get my paperwork to prove it’s my vehicle out the car just to auction it off, not understanding not helpful not human The police are a better help then these crooks good luck and happy holidays to anyone who runs across these guys!"

"They’re in cahoots with the police of Cerritos. Got into an accident and the conversation went something like this: “Do you take triple A?” “No.” “Can you tow it to our house?” “No.” “What happens after you tow it?” “We give you 5 days free to pick it up. After that, we start charging for the time that we’ve held it.” *proceeds to charge for towing and holding* Had me by the balls and wouldn’t let go until they legally couldn’t anymore. The lies and lack of empathy made an already tough situation worse. I wouldn’t have even bothered writing this if they had just been upfront about what they charge. Didn’t deal too much with the autobody portion but they seemed kind when we had questions and nobody was in the office (during their office hours). They had closed early that day just to charge us one extra day of holding."
