Abada Capoeira San Francisco is a health institution located at 3221 22nd Street in San Francisco, California, United States. Every first Tuesday of the month, new adult students can learn Capoeira Fundamentals for free. Teenagers aged 13-19 can also train for free every day. The institution offers a variety of classes including Capoeira Music, Floreios, Maculelê, Strength and Mobility for Capoeira, and Capoeira Fitness. Children aged 5-12 from families in need can access classes for free upon request. The community Capoeira class is taught by volunteer instructors and funds from adult fees support scholarships for teens to travel to Brazil for the World Games. Classes are taught by the founder and Artistic Director, Mestra Márcia Cigarra, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
