"DON’T LIVE HERE! Unless you don’t mind waiting for two months to get your deposit refunded, and unless you don’t mind being charged move-out cleaning fee PER ITEMS! I had been waiting for the refunded security deposit for up to two months after move-out date. I was told that it was because the owner didn’t return the deposits to the property company in a timely manner. In addition, I was charged more than $800 for cleaning and maintenance after a 3-month stay, under the circumstance that a deep cleaning was conducted by a professional cleaning company before move-out. I lived in 4 different apartments in Los Angeles during last 6 years. However, I NEVER have, or hear about, the experience of being charged move-out cleaning fee PER ITEMS!!! And NEVER be charged so much even after a 12-month stay! LISTING EVERY ITEM THAT COULD BE CLEANED IN THE ROOM WITH A COST IS BY NO MEANS A REASONABLE AND CONVINCING REASON FOR CHARGING RESIDENTS INSANELY HIGH CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE FEE!!!"
