"as a resident paying an arm and a leg, i should be able to smoke on MY patio tht i pay for. don’t move here unless you want to hear the sound of mice running around inside the walls whenever you go silent. unless you want your toilet to constantly stop up, sink AND tubs constantly filling with water everytime you shower or wash your hands, when there’s nothing blocking it and having to wait several weeks for maintenance to come. on top of tht rent is constantly going up."

"EDIT: I contacted them to get clarification on the bill. I was told there was water damage on the carpet.. The water damage was from a failed maintenance order 2 years ago when my dishwasher overflowed and they refused to fix it. i had to use my personal towels and things to soak up the water. i have the work orders and emails about this issue. I also asked for the utility bill, since they said i owed $200 + in utilities. When i asked for this, i was sent a bill from 2 months prior that was only $99 and I had paid. They are now refusing to respond to me. We lived here for four years. It was ok in the beginning. the last 2 years have been stressful. Management/office was so unprofessional and rude. Anytime there was an issue it was blown off, the grounds weren't taken care of and they picked on the people (not just myself, but neighbors as well) who didn't bother anyone. When we moved out, we were not on a signed contract. No one contacted us for a move out inspection, even though I had asked. Our move out was not handled at all. We cleaned. took pictured. moved out mid august. beginning of September i get an email asking if we moved. I say yes, and they ask for keys, etc. I told them I never got an inspection and they said "it was mailed can we take the apartment back" Didn't offer an inspection. didn't apologize. NOTHING. a month later (now) we get a bill for over 1,000, after the deduction of our security deposit. for carpet replacement. "heavy" paint. "heavy" cleaning. I shampooed my carpet at least once every 2 months while we lived there. and had it cleaned before we moved out! We cleaned the walls, patched all our holes and still got this outrageous bill. This office is completely unprofessional and is quick to contact you for money or to pick on you. but when you have a question or try to ask them for help with THEIR JOB they don't care. I know this place is unfortunately one of the more decently priced places around the area (which is still expensive). but AVOID it if you can. We are so glad to be out of there, but somehow are still dealing with their stupidity."

"I’ve lived here for over 3 years. The neighborhood is really quiet, and the actual apartments themselves are pretty decent. I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were all fixed within a reasonable amount of time. For instance, my water heater needed to be replaced, and maintenance completed it the SAME day I put in a request. Parking in the complex can be challenging, but to be fair there is tons of street parking. You can also rent an additional space each month for $70, which is what I do. They also have garages for rent as well. I have 3 year old, and it’s nice to live in a complex where your kids can actually play outside safely."
