"Been living here going on 4 years this April 2023, and at first it was cool these past 3 years no complaints. But this roach infestation in my unit is really too much and getting it sprayed every Wednesday is not!!! Doing any justice to this problem.I would really appreciate it if management can come to some type of real solution because it’s really irritating , and frustrating when I have guests coming over and just being in here with this is not cool."
"Have lived here for about 4 years and the management has never been more terrible than it is now that Fremont properties took over. Maintenance and repairs have always been difficult to come by. Parking is a joke, especially when you consider that people will have visitors who literally block you in your spot. There’s no security so it’s hard to have anyone towed when you’re blocked in and need to leave. Can’t believe they have the nerve to raise the rent when they don’t make any upgrades or improvements to the place. Oh, and while there are two pools in the complex, only one is available for use, but not after 5 pm and not on weekends when the majority of their tenants might like to use it. Trash management."
