"My appointment was at 3:00. I WAS THERE AT 3:00. She had a man braiding his hair in the chair (first) RED FLAG. She asked me to have a seat. There was so many items sitting on the couch I just stood up. I came to get my hair done not do housekeeping (second) RED FLAG. I stood there about five minutes with nobody stopping to move the items off the couch or give me a chair(third) RED FLAG. She might be a good braider I didn't get that far but the hospitality was way off so was the cleanliness. *****************EDIT***************** IF ANYBODY BELIEVE THAT I LEFT YOUR SHOP WITH ONLY 3 BRAIDS REMAINING ON YOUR PREVIOUS CLIENT IS AS DELUSIONAL AS YOU. GIRL I STOOD THERE 10-15 MINS... MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 3... I SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE CHAIR AT 3... I WAS ON MY FEET FOR 12 HOURS I BE DAME IF I COME SOMEWHERE AND STAND UNTIL YOU GET DONE WITH A WHOLE HEAD AND THEN PAY YOU. I MENTIONED 3 RED FLAGS WHY ONLY RESPOND TO ONE... THEN YOU RESPONDED WITH A LIE ... THE ENERGY YOU HAVE WRITING THAT LIE USE THAT ENERGY TO CLEAN THAT SHOP UP!"

"I tried to show support to this Oakland braider but she’s very unprofessional and her braiding environment is very trashy. She is also not good with people as if she struggles with mental health. She has a long ways to go to be successful in this kind of business. I don’t deem this a trustworthy place to be at or get your hair done. She had me scheduled for an appointment and then during our session she told me mid hairdo she wasn’t going finish it. Im all about class, as a customer I tried to communicate with her how I wanted the parts, & she blew her top and started cutting my braids out saying she doesn’t want to do the style. I asked her to please stop cutting my braids off, and I left politely. I think her underlined issue wasn’t with me but rooted from something else she’s dealing with outside of hair braiding. But it was the worse hair appointment experience I have ever had. I’m just glad I made it home."
