"I wouldn't really recommend this McDonald's unless your really craving it, even then it's better just to drive to another location. Multiple times they have gotten my order wrong for the simplest orders. I ask for a simple 10 piece nugget combo and a Adult Happy Meal, only for them to forget about the 10 nuggets. I can understand a simple mistake but this has been happening constantly and the workers don't seem to care about double checking. The Drive though line is tends to be long at times and it's just better to park and go inside and order with the Kiosk."
"Ordered via Uber eats regular hamberger plain and it came with cheese. There was a special white tag on it. Where is the qualit check to make sure you are making food correctly? This is highly disappointing."
"This place at one time was the best with food and service. Drive thru is so slow and the employee's seem to not have a sense of urgency at all. The food always seems cold."
"I bought a happy meal and wend I got home I noticed a strange object in my happy meal box. This is just so disgusting knowing my fries were exposed to that item full of germs. I would like to move forward for a investigation."
"Worst service ever. We skipped the line with the mobile in store order. We paid for it at 9:34 am. The lobby was pretty busy when we arrived& the lobby completely cleared out. Then we still waited while the lobby started to refill, people who came in after us were served before us. By the time I received my minute maid strawberry watermelon slush it had already melted as per the picture. We had to go back in and get my friends cup for her soda. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal, oatmeal 1 strawberry and 1 grape preserve with two side mcgriddles. We received our food 30 min after we paid for it. I am unimpressed. Will let everyone know how the food is. I am pretty sure one of my mcgriddles is old, like wth is wrong with the coloring& the lady who made the oatmeal im pretty sure that the stuff to go in the oatmeal is meant to come on the side. I am complaining thru this contribution. I feel very disrespected and like this whole experience needs a lot of improvement by starting with new crew members who actually care about the food the customer consumes."
