"Hasn't Answered Their Phones In Months. If You Need To Reschedule Or Make An Appointment Or Ask Questions Or Have Concerns Your Literally Have To Drive Down To The Office . It's Insane, What Doctors Office Never Answers The Phone? I Can Be Standing Right In The Office Watching None Of The Receptionist Be Busy , Call The Office And 2 Rings Later It Says They Are Busy And Will Call You Back. My Son Got Refered To Speech Therapy They Never Called Us Back And I Can't Get Ahold Of Anybody To Ask Questions. My Daughter Was Supposed To Get A Referral For A New Formula. Never Got Called Back."

"I’ve been to a lot of pediatric clinics because my husband is a travel nurse and we have two little kids. This was definitely top 3 best. I loved the theme clinic and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend. Love that they have 24/7 care for your kids too always a plus. They definitely seem like they like what they do which is rare these days."

"If I could give this rating a zero I would! I went today to the doctor, my child’s appointment was at 3:20 I had arrived there 10 minutes before as they had said. I didn’t get attended until 2 hours later! I sat there for such a long time and they allowed multiple people that got there after me in first! I told them three times and the third time is when they actually listened and attended me. Unbelievable! What is the point of an appointment if you have to wait over 2 hours to get attended!?"

"I am a first time parent, and my questions about my baby continue to grow every day . On my baby’s first Dr appointment, me and Karla chose this place expecting it to not be the best place , but it exceeded our expectations. Dr.Watson is very informative, he took the time to talk to us show us a couple things about our baby and answered our questions . He even took the time to show us on the business website there are available videos that help answer even more questions, which I personally thought was cool . I’ve never met a Dr make time out of his own day to try and help parents with this journey of raising a baby by making informative videos . He even gave us a DVD copy. We were treated very well since the second we walked in , and walked out . I’m happy we found this place , and I would most definitely recommend it to new parents ."
