"We just moved in a week ago and loving everything so far! The community is so clean and safe. The garage is so spacious, plenty of room for storage as well. Staff in the office is super friendly, professional and friendly! We got a good deal on moving in and so happy to call this place our home."

"Great place to live, I only hoped the EV chargers weren’t so expensive. Maybe make it a monthly payment to have access. There were many around the apartment but I had to go find cheaper ones outside and it was very inconvenient. I get the aspect of creating an incentive so people don’t stay in the stall all day but maybe make it charge a fees after 3 hours instead, given that it would take about that long to get a decent charge on a L2. Other than that, there are great staffs, amenities are fantastic , the gym has a decent amount of equipment and it’s open 24/7. The main office is a great place to chill as well as the pool side. I’m 100% certain everyone will love the peace and quiet of the community. It is safe and orderly."

Neighbors are friendly and sociable the amenities are up to today’s standards. The personnel here are very kind and friendly. They help you out with any questions or concerns you may have with your living experience. By far my favorite place to live here in sac."

"The Staff has been great since I moved in. The events they throw for the residents are great. The living space and amenities are modern and very accommodating. My only gripe would be the dog park. We recently just got a puppy and he loves going there to play and train, but park is full of dog feces that people do not pick up. It would be nice if there was some way to enforce people to pick up after their dogs."

"Eric is great. The Offset apartments are very nice with plenty of updates. The process of leasing a unit is easy and App driven which makes everything so convenient. I got a free month’s rent which is nothing short of awesome. The Offset apartments are about a year old. So everything in the apartment is new with modern amenities. The apartment was spotless. Thanks."
