"This is a meal prep service offered inside of a gym. I Initially purchased 15 meals. On the pick up days the meals wouldnt be in the fridge and I had to stand around waiting while the person at the desk would act just as confused as me. Very poor customer service, no good recordkeeping so if there was a problem I felt helpless all I had was my receipt."
"Decided to give this company a try and it was a mistake in every way. I received an email to pick up my meals and the location is about 40 min from my home. I drove there, arrived and to my surprise my meals were not there. There was no number to call to attempt to resolve and when I reached out via DM on instagram someone answered and then ignored me. The employees at the location from where I was supposed to pick up my meals told me this happens a lot, and that they consistently have issues with their delivery and customers coming in asking for their meals but they're no where to be found. So do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or energy. Very poor customer service. I'm sure the other 5 reviews are from friends bc from what I've heard from Nutrishop- they're pretty awful."
