I have booked paid consults, built documentation at his request, brought situations to his attention a full year ahead of time, and still, Basil has been nothing but unhelpful for my business, and obstructive and hostile towards me personally. Basil and the team are poorly equipped to do their jobs, frequently struggle with communication, and generally provide a subpar service. If you find you struggle with Basil on your first consult, please heed my warning and trust your instincts. It does not get easier or better to work with him. Take it from me."
