"My car was towed from side private parking lot because the parking lot doesn't belong to Mich Services even though they told me I could park there. DO NOT PARK IN THE SIDE LOT or your car will be towed."

"I gave it one star because it was the minimum rating allowed. I would have given it a zero. It is the most unprofessional tax service I have ever experienced. This was my second time there and it is also my last. They are suppose to give you an appointment, but it is only a formality. They will make you wait forever. It’s worse than the DMV. It is run by Irma and Manuel who are husband and wife. They are the only two tax preparers in the office and they have a receptionist. The receptionist is an airhead and she probably works there because she’s related to someone there. Last time I was there, I waited for more than two hours. My appointment was at 1:00 PM with Manuel. I didn’t see anyone come out of his office the whole time I was waiting. Then I see him Waltz in at about 2:45 PM with lunch in his hand. He still took a lunch after not being there the whole time. He also charged me more than last year even with his so called “discount”. Only one person came out of his wife’s office during that whole time as well. And even after she took the next person, it was someone who had just gotten there. She skipped this poor and upset lady who had already been waiting for an hour with an earlier appointment than the guy who came in. Must have been someone she knew. I have no idea why people still stay with this tax service. It was an angry waiting room. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hazel and an upsetting time, go somewhere else."

"Horrible place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The receptionist has horrible customer service. The actual lady - Irma does not know anything about immigration services or anything at all. She's incompetent and takes advantage of people who might not be too familiar with the paperwork. The only think she cares about is getting paid. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS WE DID DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. She handles paperwork very u professional and not pay attention and makes mistakes that then she refuses to fix. Also, she does not explain anything to you she tries to get paid for her services only and doesn't care about her clients."

"First of all, I did my immigration papers and everything goes so quick why?!! Because they're really really organized, on time always, very helpful, and happy to assist me. Also to I started to do my taxes everything were perfect. Thank you so much M.I.C.H services for helping me out with my immigration and taxes I wish you guys the best."
