"Nice place to live, excellent service, friendly atmosphere, Bianca is the best property manager I have ever seen. She is very polite, she listened, and answered all of my questions. She is the best."
"In my experience at this apartment complex, theft has been a recurring problem. Unfortunately, the majority of the premises lacks security cameras, with only 2% of the area being monitored. This is in stark contrast to other nearby apartment complexes, which have an abundance of surveillance cameras installed. Despite the rent being comparable to these neighboring complexes, I have had my bicycle stolen from a supposedly secure car parking area within the apartment complex. Moreover, there have been multiple reports of vehicle break-ins on the premises, with the lease agreement stating that management will not be held liable. Despite bringing these incidents to the attention of the management, they have refused to consider installing security cameras."
"I've been living here for almost 2 years now, I truly appreciate the peace I get when I come home from work. It's also a gated community, so I feel safe and comforted whether I'm home or not. Lastly management and their maintenance team are easily accessible!"

"I lived at Emerald Victoria Apartments for 3 years and loved it! I moved from a different complex in Torrance after having cockroaches. This place was beautifully kept up. Absolutely no issues with cockroaches or any other bugs. The pool is awesome and it was great having the rec room to hang out. I just moved because of my job, however I would absolutely recommend this place. The location is fabulous. And compared to other apartments in the area the rent is reasonable. After reading the other reviews I'm not sure if we lived at the same place. The management was so easy to work with. They're a smaller management company which made it a much more personal experience. I've lived at many other places in the area and I miss it already."
