"Must have had a turn around. Staff was great and everyone was friendly. Very professional."
"Overall bad experience with this facility. The receptionist lacked basic communication skills; the 15-20 minute wait in the waiting room was really 1 hour for no reason or apology given; the pre-op nurse did not screw in the IV needle all the way so I was bleeding and nobody knew it til I said something; there was a huge problem with missing paperwork on me for which the doctor gave specific instructions which were not met by either of the pre-op nurses, and my daughter, not knowing it was about me, witnessed the doctor dressing down the receptionist about the missing paperwork which was not good; after I woke up from the colonoscopy, the nurse gave me a sip of juice and then plopped my bag of clothing at the foot of my bed and said I could dress and leave. I mentioned that I felt a little unclean in the area of the colonoscopy. She took a peak, said yup, you're right, then handed me a handful of Kleenex with which to clean myself. Really? How lazy and how awful. Shakily, I dressed and plopped myself into the wheelchair and left. The only good parts about this nightmare were John the anesthesiologist and the man who wheeled me out. I hope I never have to go back there. Seriously."
