"Crooks!!! If I could give them less than one star I would. I have never in all my life worked with such unprofessionalism, not only are they not available, days and weeks with no responsethe to emails or voicemails, the lack of communication is diplorable. Salesperson was nice and actually sounded sincere, once they had your money they demanded up front then the nice sincere salesman was out and it was months before anything happened. Stalled, FILED incorrect paperwork specially reported incorrect income to IRS, agreed to a payment plan to the IRS, a payment plan that was never agreed to by me and then LEFT me with absolutely no resolution my tax debt remains and they have moved on.
