"Susy the owner operator was very rude when I asked if my Grandaughters hair was cut in layers or straight since I noticed some ragged ends and was told by Susy to not complain and if I didn't like the cut to take her somewhere else. I had already paid her $35.00 for the cut with a $5.00 tip, I will never recommend nor return to that salon."

"Called this place to ask if they cut kids hair and the lady tells me they're busy right now and they can't do it. I then asked how much do they charge and she said didn't you call this morning and you have two kids. I told her I never called before that I only have one kid and she hanged up on me. Wow, what a customer service. By just a phone call you can already tell what kind of service they provide."

"I made an appointment for a week in advance she told me how much my hair was going to be and said to come at 11 on a Sunday. I asked her if they were open Sunday’s she said yes so I made the appointment she gave me card and told me to call if I was going to cancel. I went 5 minutes before my appointment time and they were closed. I waited and called and no one answered. I even got my eyebrows done next store while I waited. This has been the first I time this has ever happened. This place deserves no stars. I should have listened to the previous comment made about these people doing this to her."

"I called and made an appointment yesterday February 22nd for today February 23rd at 11:00.A.M. I arrived 10 minutes early. The shop was closed. Called her and she rescheduled me for same day at 11:30. I waited for her. At 11:32 no one was opening the shop, I called her again and again and again. She did not answer the call. I waited until 11:50 still no call back from her. Very unprofessional. At least call back and say something to your clients if you can’t make it. I do not recommend. This saloon should get zero star but unfortunately this is the lowest you can pick giving review to someone doesn’t do the job."
