"Bad business.. my wife made an appointment for today at 3:30pm. Got there a little early to check in. Was told they were going to finish up with their current cut and would get right with her.... after they finished up then ended up taking a later appointment that just walked in and left my wife waiting. It's now 5pm, 1 and 1/2 hours later and she ended up just walking out. They told her 15 more minutes... how long do they want to keep her waiting? Last time coming here!"
