"The people are friendly and always ready to help. The food is great tasting also the options that you can choose yourself is great. The atmosphere is a little lackluster as Chipolete should do a color and design redo...although the restrooms, I must say, are kept clean, at least when I have been there."
"I should’ve read the reviews to find others have complained about the “manager” at this location. A girl who is extremely rude to customers and talking down to employees like she’s on a power trip. She made probably the worst burrito we’ve ever had. I did tell this individual exactly how she comes off so hopefully she learns how to act when “helping” people. What I’ve learned is to read reviews before going to a location."
"Went in today for a late lunch with my wife and had the absolute pleasure of having Ryan make our food for us. His positive and fun attitude made the whole experience an absolute blast and made our food perfectly. The only thing better than getting food is getting some laughs along with it. Thanks for making our day Ryan!"
"Started out by confirming I wanted white rice and serving me not just brown rice but beans I never asked for. After fixing the rice I got my complete order with beans again. I didn’t mind too much so I left it and decided to order lettuce in my bowl for the first time. I immediately found a beetle crawling in my bowl while I was sitting outside but thought maybe it flew into my bowl while I wasn’t looking. Just to be safe, I digged looking for more which lasted about 2 seconds before I found another (dead) beetle in my bowl. After bringing it up to staff, they claimed that it had to be from the lettuce (if you know that, why is it being served) and that they wash it 3-4 times. Little did I know that this chipotles washing standard doesn’t eliminate black beetles the size of beans."
