"It’s Friday at 330 and we walk in to get pedicures and manicures. One lady is working and takes us. As we are getting our pedicures a lady who is 1.5 hours late for her appointment walks in and we are told we cannot get our nails done because the lady who was late had an appointment and is waiting. I’m sorry but she was 1.5 hours late! So I will not be going back. Our pedicures are nice but rushed!"

"I had a lovely experience here!! Only four stars because I've only been here once. Everyone was very nice and friendly and my nails came out great!!"

"Had the worst experience.. She did the pedi in less than 20 mins with hardly any massage...Simultaneously another lady attend to the mani ... she barely cleaned some cuticle and i showed her a broken finger nail and she fixed it ....Meanwhile I asked her redo the nail polish on my feet as it was thick and way to cakey.... they tried to say no but eventually they did the same.. As soon as i asked them to change they started talking amongst themselves and when i showed them what i design I wanted to do for my hands they refused to do and told me they cant do it and asked me to choose a color instead ... they agreed to do it first and denied later very unpleasant experience and i decided to not complete the mani .... they even tried to charge full for the just started unfinished mani and the pedicure was just very very avg ... My worst experience so far and never stepping my foot in again...DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!"

"Terrible experience, half of my nails are crooked. When I told her she got mad and ignored what I said then said she'd fix it later but it was already way too crooked. Half the time she was running around and doing other things while she was supposedly doing my nails. I spent $30 for an acrylic set and she cut them too short so I was like that's fine but then she made all my nails crooked. I HIGHLY do not recommend. Don't waste your money there."

"If I could give negative stars, I would! As I am sitting here soaking my feet in water for over 35 mins (and counting) for a simple pedicure. My husband arrived 15 mins after me (got us a Starbucks treat) and they started on him as soon as he arrived while I continue to sit in water. They argued with him on which pedicure treatment, trying to mix words to get him to pay the higher price. Their English is very limited so this didn't help his argument. Worst service ever along with thier demand to have cash tips only. This was way too much trouble, a spa treatment of any type should never be this stressful. At least my husband got his feet done. I finally took my feet out after 47 mins and walked out. Never again will I walk into this place."
