"I don’t like giving bad reviews, especially since they were very friendly. But the quality was surprisingly low. The gel finish was so dull, not shiny at all, and it looked as if I have done it myself rather than a nail salon. It was my first time here and unfortunately won’t go back. The pictures are right after I was done."
"Had a very good experience. With each step I was consulted on what I wanted. Before we even started I was asked to show what I wanted the nails to look like. I got acrylic extensions with designs and thought the price was very fair. It was around $70 and a deluxe pedicure was around $50. Staff was also very friendly and kept complimenting my color choice and the design."
"I had a really bad experience here. I took my mom here and she is so disappointed. I took a “deluxe” pedicure and they didn’t even scrub her heel. Apparently that’s extra. I got a manicure for my mom but had to pay extra for getting her “cuticles” trimmed. They didn’t even remove the nail color she had on. Really bad communication etiquette. I will never go here again and will not recommend it to anyone."
"Made an appointment for my daughter and I for early morning Friday. My daughter needed her nails filed for homecoming. I was changing my acrylic dip color changed and getting a new dip applied. My daughter had her nails done by Ly. My daughter's nail Ly did such an amazing job. My daughters nails are so stunning. I was in love with my nails at first even though I was cut but the file not once but twice in the same place and was bleeding but continued on working the only thing my lady said was so sorry and she excuses herself to changer her bandage on her arm. My unhappiness with my nails was as soon as I got out of the shower that night all of my nails were separating from the acrylic dip I noticed my nails were longer then the acrylic I decided to just use nail glue to hopefully fix the problem I have never had this happen before. I usually can go for a month without having a problem, definitely not less than 12 hours after leaving the salon."
"Very neat! Was able to get an appointment for mani & pedi when my regular nail place canceled my appointment last minute. They are able to accommodate many customers at once And their staff seemed very friendly. Regular mani+ pedi cost about $60. Situated right across the SF Livermore premium outlets"
